Operational systems delivered in real environments
These examples show what we actually build and the operating problems behind it: Planerix as an AI execution platform, WODAO as a full operational commerce ecosystem, CRM Beauty as a vertical ERP/CRM foundation, plus CRM systems, automations, BI dashboards and AI used where it supports real work.

Planerix AI execution platform
Operational challenge
Companies often have dashboards, project tools, CRM, meetings, data exports and AI experiments, but no execution layer that connects company data, decisions, responsible owners, tasks and measurable follow-through.
System architecture
We built Planerix as a multi-tenant AI execution platform with Core, Analytics and AI layers: organization and workspace management, projects, tasks, OKRs, KPIs, calendar, CRM context, analytics marts, AI insights, recommendations, RAG and n8n automation workflows.
- Multi-tenant organization and workspace architecture
- Projects, tasks, OKRs, KPIs and responsibility scopes
- Calendar, meetings and execution follow-up
- CRM and customer context
- Raw, staging, warehouse and semantic analytics layers
- AI insights, RAG, recommendations and automation agents
- Google, marketing, finance and custom integrations
- Enterprise web, API, landing, iOS and observability surfaces
Operational impact
Planerix is a production AISOLUTIONS platform with a real backend, tenant data model, enterprise web app, AI runtime, integrations, deployment gates and product documentation that can support demos, pilots and staged enterprise rollout.
Target Outcomes

WODAO operational commerce ecosystem
Operational challenge
A 19 L water delivery business cannot run reliably from a landing page and manual chat. It needs connected order intake, customer accounts, subscriptions, delivery slots, route planning, courier execution, warehouse stock, bottle returns, deposits, support and finance visibility.
System architecture
We built the WODAO operating infrastructure: public landing and quick-order path, customer web cabinet, admin control tower, canonical backend API, route-engine, worker, scheduler, webhook ingestor, PostgreSQL domain model, warehouse accounting, customer iOS app and courier iOS app.
- Admin panel for CRM intake, customers, orders, routes, couriers, zones, pricing and finance
- Warehouse model for products, lots, reservations, movements, procurement and fulfillment batches
- Route planning, courier assignment, stop ordering, ETA support and route capacity controls
- Courier mobile app for shift execution, stop details, proof photos, chat and empty bottle capture
- Customer mobile app for onboarding, catalog, orders, subscriptions, addresses, profile and support
- Customer web cabinet for account, checkout, subscription, orders, wallet and support workflows
- Deposit ledger, bottle return liability and delivery confirmation model
- Scheduler, worker jobs, notifications, webhooks, monitoring and production release runbooks
Operational impact
WODAO demonstrates our ability to build the full operational backbone of an operations-heavy business: customer acquisition, checkout, recurring billing, admin operations, warehouse control, courier execution, returnable assets, analytics and production reliability.
Target Outcomes
Multi-channel CRM for a service company
Operational challenge
Requests came from the website, messengers, email and social channels. Managers copied information manually, follow-ups were inconsistent, and the owner could not see which channel actually created qualified pipeline and revenue.
System architecture
We designed one intake workflow: every request is captured, classified, assigned to a manager, added to the CRM pipeline, enriched with source data and connected to follow-up reminders and reporting.
- Unified lead intake
- CRM pipeline redesign
- AI request classification
- Manager assignment rules
- Follow-up reminders
- Channel performance dashboard
- Owner notification flow
- Team launch documentation
Operational impact
The sales process became visible and repeatable. Every request has an owner, the next step is clear, and management can compare channels by pipeline and outcome.
Target Outcomes
Management dashboard for an SMB owner
Operational challenge
Sales, marketing, finance and team workload were tracked in separate systems. Weekly reports required manual spreadsheet work and still did not answer the owner's key questions about revenue, bottlenecks and what to do next.
System architecture
We connected the main data sources, defined the KPI model, created a reporting database and built dashboards for sales, conversion, revenue, workload, profitability and channel efficiency.
- CRM and finance data connection
- Marketing source mapping
- KPI model
- Reporting database
- Owner dashboard
- Manager dashboard
- Automated data refresh
- Data quality checks
Operational impact
Management moved from delayed manual reporting to a live dashboard that shows what is happening and where attention is needed.
Target Outcomes
CRM Beauty vertical ERP/CRM product
Operational challenge
Salons, studios and clinics need one system for appointments, clients, masters, services, rooms, stock, loyalty, finance and permissions. When these areas live separately, owners lose control over repeat visits, staff load, service quality and revenue.
System architecture
We shaped CRM Beauty from the VEANSAAS architecture: a React admin application backed by microservices for auth, users, customers, company units and notifications, with API gateway routing, PostgreSQL schemas, Redis/RabbitMQ runtime and modules for salon operations.
- Clients, import, client detail and visit context
- Appointments, records, calendar and schedule management
- Staff, masters, studios, locations and spaces
- Services, categories, attributes and pricing
- Inventory and stock pages
- Loyalty programs and repeat-client workflows
- Finance, dashboards, reports and analytics
- Role-based permissions for pages and business actions
Operational impact
CRM Beauty becomes a credible vertical SaaS foundation for service businesses: one admin workspace, clear domain modules, controlled access, service catalog, operational calendar, stock and owner analytics.
Target Outcomes
Operations planning for a growing team
Operational challenge
Tasks, deadlines, responsibilities and reports lived in different tools. Managers spent too much time asking for status instead of managing priorities, risks and decisions.
System architecture
We created a planning workflow with task ownership, statuses, deadline control, notifications, management dashboards and a simple operating rhythm.
- Task management
- Responsibility mapping
- Status workflow
- Deadline control
- Team notifications
- Process templates
- Operational dashboard
- Progress reporting
Operational impact
The team gained a shared operating rhythm: priorities are visible, delays surface earlier and managers can track progress without manual status chasing.
Target Outcomes
Order automation for e-commerce operations
Operational challenge
Order statuses, inventory, supplier handoffs and customer messages required manual updates across several tools, creating delays and support pressure.
System architecture
We designed an order workflow that synchronizes statuses, automates notifications, updates operational records and gives the team visibility into fulfillment.
- Centralized order management
- Automated status updates
- Inventory synchronization
- Supplier handoff flow
- Customer notifications
- Return processing logic
- Fulfillment dashboard
- Operational alerts
Operational impact
The order lifecycle became more predictable, with fewer manual updates and clearer visibility from purchase to delivery.
Target Outcomes
CRM and pipeline control for consulting
Operational challenge
A growing consulting team needed one view of client relationships, proposals, project stages and billable work across partners and consultants.
System architecture
We structured a CRM around client relationships, proposal stages, project handoffs, time capture and revenue forecasting.
- Client relationship management
- Proposal pipeline
- Project handoff workflow
- Time tracking integration
- Contract records
- Revenue forecast
- Partner dashboard
- Management reporting
Operational impact
Partners gained a shared view of active opportunities and projects, with better control over follow-ups, workload and forecasted revenue.
Target Outcomes
Industries where the operating system matters
The tools change by market, but the problem is often the same: scattered work, weak visibility, fragile data and too many manual steps between client request and business result.
